Just by changing the type of
carbohydrate you consume in the morning, you increase the amount of fat burnt
by your body the whole day during your walks and workout. Additional advantage
is that you will feel less hungry for the rest of the day when you have the
right breakfast. The key here is to choose the carbs that are digested slowly,
like the unrefined carbs that are high in fibre and not the refined ones which
your body will burn fast and produce energy.
